Cover the steamer lid and cook for 20 minutes on medium heat. Pay attention to the changes in the water in the pot to prevent the water from drying out (boiling the steamer with empty water is to boil off the yellow water in the bamboo). Take out the cooked steamer to dry the water, and evenly brush a layer of cooking oil on the inside of the steamer (bamboo needs to be maintained with oil, so brush the inside of the steamer with cooking oil to prevent mildew). Put it in the sun to dry.
