Wuyi Bamboo Industry High-quality Development Summit

The first Wuyi bamboo industry high-quality development summit opened in Jianou, Fujian.

On May 26th, the first Wuyi bamboo industry high-quality development summit with the theme of "Small bamboo, big industry - using bamboo instead of plastic for a better life" was held in Jianou, Fujian Province. Since the joint initiative of "Using bamboo instead of plastic" was launched by China and the International Bamboo and Rattan Organization in November 2022, Nanping City has leveraged its rich bamboo resources to increase innovation efforts and better utilize the outstanding advantages and role of bamboo in replacing plastic products, comprehensively promoting the high-quality development of the entire bamboo industry chain.
